Keep Survive Although No Enrichment

It is hard to translate in English, could you help me ? In Javanese proverbs, it call " Sanadyan ora nyugihi, nanging nguripi ". This statement is placed on the back of the public transportation called "angkot" in Solo, Java. 

Although I went around several cities in Indonesia, no other cities as unique as Solo, my hometown. May be it just because my hometown.

Back to this statement. 

Although not making rich - being a public transportation is not a popular job and almost impossible they can be rich in materials. Life is hard, isn't it ? Rich has many interpretations. And for my opinion, rich depends on our relationship with God. Rich is very close with the other word, enough.

But making life - The drivers can not make a fabulous life for their families, but they can still alive. The point is, live is more than everything ! 

For emergency doctors, saving lives is the most important thing to do. Even in impossible cases, we will try our best to make the patients keep breathing and the hearts keep beating. 
Every single breath and beat is more valuable than any golds. 

But for every persons, there is another important side of view. Live is not just breathing and heart beating. Live is about being alive. You have the purpose of life, why do you here and what will you reach in your life. 

I remember the conversations with my friend. She has reached the top of her life. Husband, children, many times to go on vacation and she can provide everything she wants.
But she asked me the crucial question, "What's next ? What is my real purpose of life ?"

This statement has so deep meaning.
